John Henderson

John joined Evans Harris & Co as the firm was then called in 1977.  He specialises in Overseas Investment matters, wills and estate planning, commercial transactions, management restructuring and farm and commercial acquisitions.

John is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ravensdown Limited, one of New Zealand’s largest fertiliser manufacturers and suppliers.  He is also the immediate past Chairman of Race Inc., the organisation that administers the largest portion of thoroughbred horse racing in the lower North Island. 

John lives in Halcombe and is closely involved with the sheep and beef farms that he owns with his wife and two sons.
