Scott Parkes

Scott joined the team at Evans Henderson Woodbridge in September 2024 and has a wide range of experience in all areas of property law, estates, trusts, wills and estate planning, succession planning and relationship property. Scott also regularly appears in the Family Court in respect of the Mental Health Act and the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988. 

Farming at Ohingaiti, as well as lawyering, Scott enjoys working with the varying legal requirements faced by farmers and their families, as well as chewing the fat on current farming issues.
